Does gluten free mean it is suitable for a wheat allergy sufferer?

Some gluten free products may sometimes contain wheat, as it is possible to extract the gluten from the wheat.  However, all our product packaging indicates whether the product contains gluten, wheat, oats, barley etc, so check our packaging for the most up to date information on allergens.
