Can I make the recipes on this site and then freeze them in ice cube trays to use later? Thanks.
Answer
Yes the recipes are suitable for freezing. Make sure you cool
recipes as quickly as possible before freezing. If you're using an
ice cube tray, once the cubes are frozen, pop them out and place in
a freezer bag marked with the recipe and the date. Use within a
month.
When you're ready to use a frozen recipe, make sure it's
completely defrosted and heat to piping hot. Never reheat more than
once.
