Should babies and toddlers be allowed to drink spar mixed berry isotonic drink?

Answer

It's best to avoid giving babies adult foods and drinks until they are at least a year old as they are not right for little tummies. Sports drinks are not suitable for babies and toddlers as they can be very high in sugar and are usually intended for use during or after sport for hydration purposes.

 

I'd advise you stick to offering milk, water or diluted juices, like our Heinz range of ready to drink juices with spring water.
