Can I add cow's milk to Ready Brek at 7 months?

Answer

A little cow's milk may be used in recipes but if you are using a significant amount e.g. to make up cereal, then baby's usual milk is best.

 

Adult cereals are not really suitable for a baby, as they do not have to meet the same high standards for quality and nutrition that baby foods do. They may often be high in salt, so you may wish to try a baby cereal instead.
