I'm looking for a soup recipe which would be suitable for a 7 month old and includes the Heinz baby stock cubes and wondering if you had any? Thanks.

A lot of babies seem to really enjoy soup. However, it's not right at this stage to give them adult soup, as they may contain too much salt for a baby's developing system. Also, it's important to give the right texture, as a soup that is too runny may make them choke, so make sure you keep a thick texture, almost like a slightly runny puree.

 

As an example, you could try this recipe but make some modifications: cook the vegetables in stock rather than water and retain the cooking water after draining; when you puree the vegetables, add a little of the cooking water to dilute to a thick soup texture.
