Question

Answer
Thank you for your question.
The Department of Health advises that you can feed your child
adult foods from the age of 12 months onwards. Make sure you watch
out for salt intake though by using low salt stock cubes for
example. If you're stuck for ideas, have a look at some of our
recipes on the website, in the Products and Recipes tab. If you
select the 12 months plus tick box, you can see some recipes that
are suitable for all the family - you just need to chop up the
pieces a bit smaller for your little one.
