Should a 7 month old baby be eating a whole jar of food at one meal?

Do remember though, that all babies are different and their appetite may change from one day to the next. As long as they are growing healthily, try not to worry about how much they are eating. Most babies will regulate what they eat so that they get enough energy and nutrients to grow, so watch out for signs that your little one has had enough. Never try to force your little one to eat if they are not hungry.
