low in iron and folic acid, harming both you and your unborn baby.
The key to managing your weight is to make every calorie count, so
limit high fat or sugar-laden food and snacks as they are full of
empty calories, which means they come with few or no nutrients. If
you are worried about any aspect of your weight gain speak to your
midwife or GP.
