My baby has lot of wind and keeps on crying. I have been feeding him breast and formula milk in a bottle.

I'm so sorry your little one is uncomfortable with wind.

 

When bottle feeding, your little one can gulp in air along with his milk, which can cause him to feel full before he's had enough milk or suffer from tummy pains.

 

When feeding, make sure he's sitting upright and tilt the bottle enough to ensure the teat is filled with milk, to avoid air being sucked through. Make sure you burp him afterwards. There is some advice in my article here to help you.
