Question

My 11 month old daughter doesnt seem to like any homemade foods and tends to wolf down the jarred food which I give her when I'm busy. Is there anything I can do to prevent this as I dont like relying on jars of food for her?

Answer

It can be so frustrating when you've put so much time and energy into making food for your little one only to have it rejected.

The best thing to do is keep offering lots of variety to your little one and be encouraging and enthusiastic when she eats well but try not to get cross or frustrated when she doesn't. Just calmly take the uneaten food away and try again later.

Do remember, you may have to offer the same taste 8 times or more before your little one will like it.
