Question
My son is 1 year and 3 months but will only eat yoghurt and tiny bits of solids and will also eat bread cut into tiny pieces with cheese spread on it, what can I try to give him to vary his diet?
Answer
Some children do get a little bit fussy around lumpy foods. If
your little one will eat bread, will he try toast? You could give
him toast soldiers with a boiled or scrambled egg or with other
spreads and dips like hummus. Once he's used to this, start
introducing some other finger foods that he can feed himself.
