Question
At what age can my daughter can have juice or water?
Answer
If you are breastfeeding exclusively, then your little one does
not usually need anything extra to drink. Babies who are
exclusively fed on infant formula may need extra fluid in hot
weather. Offer cooled boiled water in a bottle in this case.
Once you have weaned your little one, you can offer water to
drink as well as their usual milk. Juices are a great way of
introducing new flavours. You can see our range of ready to
drink baby juices with spring water in our products section here.
Offer juices at mealtimes to reduce this risk of tooth decay and
make sure you regularly brush your baby's teeth. Do let us know if
you have any comments on our juices range.
