Vanessa's idea is a great way to keep your little one's hunger at bay while also providing lots of great tastes and textures. It also contributes to a baby's 5 a day. Why not try taking slices of banana, sliced grapes and raisins out and about too? Make sure you're little one's happy eating finger foods before though.

Always had a pot of tiny pieces of cucumber, cheese, ham and tomato bits in a pot for my eldest and doing the same for my little one, tasty healthy and lunch/snack all in one.

Has to a Biscotti or a rusk! Both easy to handle, although Biscotti make less mess which is fab when keeping our buggy clean :-)
