For dadThe moment you find out you're going to be a father will probably rank as one of the most exciting moments in your life.   You’re probably also feeling a little scared and concerned about your partner and your unborn baby.

It's very important for dads to take an active role in pregnancy, and you’ll want to know what to expect over the next few months before your baby is born.

Top tip!
If you suffer from morning sickness, a bedtime snack and a dry biscuit or toast 10-15 minutes before getting up may help. Then have a light breakfast a little later. Keep some simple, dry biscuits handy for those 'other-than-morning' sickness times too.
