Variety is the key to a healthy diet for your little one. Offering lots of different things helps make sure they get all the right nutrients to support growth, as well as helping them develop healthy eating habits for later on.

It can help to think of a varied, balanced diet as a rainbow. Try to include all its colours in their diet every day, like starchy foods for yellow, meats and/or pulses (beans and lentils) for brown and a variety of fruit and veg to make up the reds, greens, yellows, purples and oranges.
