Pasta Carbonara

Ingredients

  • 25g Cook At Home Baby Pasta Stars
  • 3 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp grated cheese
  • 15g sliced ham, finely chopped

Method

1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the pack.

2. Drain in a sieve.

3. Heat the yogurt in a small pan until hot and melt the cheese. Remove from the heat, then stir in the cooked pasta and chopped ham. Stir until well mixed, cool slightly then serve.

Why not cook a larger amount and freeze in individual portions?
