Apple Fool


  • 1 red-skinned apple (175g)
  • 60ml full-fat yogurt 


  • Peel, core and slice the apples and put in a microwaveable dish with 2 tbsp water.
  • Cover and microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes or until the fruit is tender. OR cook in a small pan on the hob, covered for 5 minutes until soft.
  • Puree the fruit until smooth then cool.
  • Stir the yogurt into the cold apple, then mix well. 
  • Serve straight away or chill until required.
