Berry Porridge


  • 150ml baby’s usual milk
  • 15g porridge oats
  • 50g blueberries or raspberries or a mix of both
  • Sweeten with a little golden syrup to serve, if liked


  • Place the milk and oats in a small pan and bring to the boil, stirring occasionally. 
  • Simmer for 3-4 minutes or until thickened.  
  • Remove from the heat and cool slightly.
  • Lightly crush the fruit and stir into the porridge. 
  • Thin with a little more milk if liked. 
  • Serve warm with a little golden syrup if liked.
