Berry Porridge
Berry Porridge
Ingredients
150ml baby’s usual milk
15g porridge oats
50g blueberries or raspberries or a mix of both
Sweeten with a little golden syrup to serve, if liked
Method
Place the milk and oats in a small pan and bring to the boil, stirring occasionally.
Simmer for 3-4 minutes or until thickened.
Remove from the heat and cool slightly.
Lightly crush the fruit and stir into the porridge.
Thin with a little more milk if liked.
Serve warm with a little golden syrup if liked.
