Chicken with Sweet Potato, Swede and Carrots

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken breast
  • Half a sweet potato, peeled and diced
  • A third of a swede, peeled and finely diced
  • 1 carrot, peeled and diced

Method

  • Bake the chicken fillet in the oven until cooked through.
  •  Steam the vegetables until tender.
  •  Finely chop the cooked chicken.
  •  Blend the chicken and vegetables together to form a smooth puree, using some of the steaming water to adjust the consistency.
