Ingredients
4 bamboo skewers
1 satsuma, peeled
1 banana, peeled
8 strawberries, hulled and washed
15ml orange juice
A pinch of ground cinnamon
Method
Soak the bamboo skewers in water - this stops them burning.
Break the satsuma into segments and thickly slice the banana into eight.
Mix the orange juice and cinnamon together in a bowl, add the fruit and toss well to coat.
Preheat the grill to high.
Thread the fruit onto the soaked skewers then place under the grill.
Grill for 3-4 minutes, turning once or twice until lightly caramelized.
Remove the fruit from the skewers, cool and serve.
For safety reasons, don't give your child the fruit on skewers.
