Ingredients
25g minced pork
Carrot, peeled and chopped
Half a leek, washed and finely sliced
2 ready to eat apricots
Half a parsnip, peeled and chopped
Method
Dry fry the pork until cooked and transfer to a small casserole dish.
Add the remaining ingredients and pour in enough water to cover.
Cover with foil and cook in preheated oven at 170°C until soft.
Blend all ingredients to a smooth purée.
