Fruity Pork and Vegetables


  • 25g minced pork
  • Carrot, peeled and chopped
  • Half a leek, washed and finely sliced
  • 2 ready to eat apricots
  • Half a parsnip, peeled and chopped


  • Dry fry the pork until cooked and transfer to a small casserole dish.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and pour in enough water to cover.
  • Cover with foil and cook in preheated oven at 170°C until soft.
  • Blend all ingredients to a smooth purée.
