Fruity Semolina


  • 25g semolina
  • 250ml whole milk
  • 75g strawberries
  • ½ banana


  • Blend the strawberries and banana together to a smooth consistency and set aside.
  •  Put the semolina in a pan and gradually stir in the milk over a medium heat. Bring to the boil, stirring constantly.
  •  Reduce the heat and simmer for about five minutes, stirring gently until the semolina is thick and creamy.
  •  Remove the pan from the heat and fold in the blended fruit, then allow to cool before serving.
