Fruity Turkey with Cous Cous

Ingredients

  • 120g turkey mince
  • 75g dry cous cous, cooked according to instructions on packet (use quinoa/buckwheat/aramath if gluten intolerant)
  • 50g mango, finely chopped
  • 1tsp butter
  • 1tsp lemon juice

Method

  • Fry the turkey mince in the butter until cooked through then mash.
  • Mix the turkey with the other ingredients and heat through.
