Pasta Carbonara


  • Small pasta shapes for soup e.g. fusili 25g or spaghetti broken into matchstick length pieces
  • 3 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp grated cheese
  • 15g sliced ham, finely chopped


  • Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the pack.
  • Drain in a sieve.
  • Heat the yogurt in a small pan until hot and melt the cheese. 
  • Remove from the heat, then stir in the cooked pasta and chopped ham.
  • Stir until well mixed, cool slightly then serve.
