INGREDIENTS
- 1 apple
- 5 strawberries
- 50ml water
METHOD
1 Peel the apple, remove the core and dice the apple in 1cm cubes
2 Wash, hull and chop the strawberry in 1cm cubes
3 Put the diced apple and strawberries into a small pan with a lid
4 Add 100ml of cold water and steam
5 Cook for 5 minutes on medium temperature
6 Remove the pan from the heat source and put the fruit in a high cup
7 Blend the fruit with a stick blender or a fork to the desired consistency for you baby
6 Divide into portions suitable for your baby and keep frozen
